What is forgiveness?. It can be through meditation (dhyana), reading the holy texts, the sound of music, empathy, and so on.

Meditation
It helps you look inwards. When people are going through confusion and darkness in life, they seek answers. Some leave the material word while others try meditation living in the material world. Dhyana helps to be in the current moment, letting all kinds o thoughts come and go. It is one way to get your questions answered.

If you feel like you need a deeper understanding, ask the priest as they may be better at answering you. It can be about your experience, God, or life in general. This is the time of major crisis in the world. Has it done before any further delay?
